Cheese Kofta in Creamy Sauce:
Ingredients for Malai Kofta:
Cheese 1 cup
Corn flour ½ cup
Egg 1/2
Salt to taste
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Oil to fry
For White Gravy:
Oil ¼ cup
Cashew nuts paste ½ cup
Cream ½ cup
Yogurt ½ cup
Chopped coriander 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Green chilies 1-2
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder ¼ tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Method:
Mix all ingredients of koftay. Then make balls coat them in corn flour and fry them in oil. Now heat oil adds cumin seeds, all spice powder, red chili powder, cashew nut paste and cook well. Then add yogurt, salt, green chilies and cook well. For gravy add water then add koftay and cook for 1 minute. Add cream, butter and garnish with coriander. Serve.
Orange Chili Chicken in Lettuce Wraps :
Ingredients:
Minced chicken 300 gm
Salt to taste
Black pepper as required
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
Rice vermicelli noodles 60 gm
Chopped capsicum 1
Sliced spring onions 2
Shredded spring onion to garnish
Grated ginger 1 tsp
Lettuce for wraps
For Sauce:
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Hot chili sauce 1 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Orange zest 2 tsp
Corn flour 1 tsp
Method:
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil in chicken and set aside. Mix all sauce ingredients. Heat oil adds chicken and cook. Then add capsicum, spring onion, ginger and mix. Now add sauce and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until it gets thick. Add chicken in lettuce cups then add fried vermicelli noodles, spring onion and serve.
