NFL Will Not Give
Colin Kaepernick List of
Attendees for Workout.
Kaepernick and his representatives will
not know which executives and coaches
plan to attend his workout.
Multiple teams have announced they will attend the workout, but they will not be announced by name, according to ESPN.
On Tuesday, the NFL announced the
private workout, which is scheduled
to take place Saturday in Atlanta.
The workout will include on-field work and
an interview with the former quarterback.
Kaepernick's representatives requested
for the workout to be on a Tuesday,
the typical day for NFL workouts.
Nearly half of the NFL teams will be traveling
to games on Saturday during the workout.
Kaepernick has not played
in the NFL since 2016, .
when he began protesting police brutality and racial injustice by kneeling during the national anthem.
Carolina Panthers safety Eric Reid, who
joined Kaepernick in kneeling, said the
Saturday workout "feels disingenuous.".
"I'll believe it when I see it. At this point, it feels like
a PR stunt."
