Chicken Spicy Roll :
Ingredients:
Chicken tikka boti or chicken fries 1 packet
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Onion (slice) 2
Green chili slices 4
Method:
Heat oil in a pan add garlic and fry for a minute. Then add sesame seeds and fry for 15 seconds. Add ketchup, vinegar, salt, sugar, soy sauce and water then bring it to boil and cook for 5 minutes. Now dissolve corn flour in ½ cup water and add to the sauce, mix and cook for 2 minutes. Now fry chicken tikka boti or chicken fries then fry paratha .then pour chicken ,sauce , Green chili slices and onion then roll it and serve with dipping sauce.
Machli Fry:
Ingredients:
Fish sliced 1/2kg
Carom seeds 1tsp
Red chili powder 2tbsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Garlic powder 1tsp
Ginger powder 1tsp
Lemon juice 3tbsp
Cumin 1tbsp
Coriander 1tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Oil 1/2cup
Method:
In a pot except for oil marinate the fish with all the ingredients and set it for an hour. Now heat the oil and fry the fish on both sides for 10mins and serve it hot.
Chicken Namkeen Karahi :
Ingredients:
Chicken (legs) 1 kg
Onion 1 large
Oil ½ cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 tsp
Yogurt 2 cups
Green chili 4-6
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger slice 2 tbsp
Tomatoes slices 3
Method:
Heat oil and fry chicken 20 minutes and remove. Then fry garlic,tomatoes slices and onion. After this chicken, salt and yogurt mix and fry 10 minutes on high flame. When yogurt water dry then green chili, ginger and black pepper mix and fry for 2 minutes and remove from flame.
