When a man with Dementia is found to be overdosed on opioids something is not right according to the patient's daughter. Dr sexton later finds that the man was exposed to Fentanyl when he finds a white powder on his jacket.

Meanwhile, April and Dr. Sexton suspect that their patient might have accidentally overdosed on fentanyl. Also, Goodwin's job is put at risk when the board begins to question her actions.
