Pretty happy to get this!! Using an IVANKO R-75lb Pancake plate which they still sell today. Oddly enough, even though the thumbs aren't touching the plate, they still get worked hard!!
Preacher Bench DEFINITELY allows more ROM than any other way I've tried.
