Inspector-General of Police Abdul Hamid Bador, who promised to bring back controversial businessperson Jho Low by year end, today expressed disappointment with his counterparts in several countries for not cooperating with Malaysia on the matter.

At a press conference today, the top cop lamented the refusal of these countries to acknowledge that Low was in their countries, even when the Malaysian police approached them with evidence.
