The toy soldier, who is actually a street performer, stood in the middle of a busy intersection in Baguio City, the Philippines on December 6 to assist pedestrians and cars negotiated the road during rush hour.

The man wearing a green plastic toy soldier costume speaks in a squeaky voice which made onlookers laugh even more.

With the increasing number of buskers in the city, Baguio has released an ordinance obligating street performers to obtain permits from the city hall before they can legally perform in the street.
