Chief minister-designate of Jharkhand Hemant Soren will take the oath at Morabadi ground here on today afternoon. Hemant will be the 11th the chief minister of the state. In a show of opposition unity, former President Pranab Mukherjee, Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamamta Banerjee are expected to attend Soren's swearing in ceremony at 2 pm at Morabadi ground here. After Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi claimed on Saturday that she was strangulated and heckled by policewomen, Lucknow police said that the incident to Additional Superintendent of Police stating that the allegations were “untrue”.Singh also said that Priyanka Gandhi’s car “was not moving in the scheduled route rather a different route”.

हेमंत सोरेन आज दोपहर दो बजे झारखंड के सीएम पद की शपथ लेंगे. हेमंत राज्य के 11वें मुख्यमंत्री होंगे. हेमंत के अलावा दो या तीन मंत्री भी शपथ ले सकते हैं. तो वहीं शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में विपक्षी एकता भी देखने को मिलेगी. समारोह में कांग्रेस से राहुल गांधी, पश्चिम बंगाल की सीएम ममता बनर्जी, अखिलेश यादव, शरद पवार सहित कई बड़े नेता और राज्यों के सीएम और पूर्व सीएम शामिल होंगे. लखनऊ में कांग्रेस महासचिव प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा के साथ पुलिस द्वारा कथित तौर पर गला दबाने और धक्कामुक्की का मामला तूल पकड़ता जा रहा है. प्रियंका गांधी ने जहां पुलिस पर गला दबाने और धक्का मुक्की करने का आरोप लगाया है तो वहीं सुरक्षा में तैनात महिला पुलिस अधिकारी ने गला दबाने और धक्का मुक्की के आरोपों से इनकार किया है. महिला अधिकारी का कहना है कि प्रियंका गांधी ने अचानक काफिला का रास्ता बदल दिया. सुरक्षा को देखते हुए केवल उनके काफिले को रोका गया.
