Injured JNU students were taken to hospital after several goons entered the campus and allegedly attacked them. Jawaharlal Nehru University Student Union (JNUSU) president Aishe Ghosh was also allegedly attacked by masked goons at campus on January 05. Security was tightened outside JNU campus after the incident was reported. While JNU Students' Union claimed ABVP members of JNU behind attack on students and professors in Jawaharlal Nehru University campus, ABVP Delhi in a tweet claimed that Left student activists were behind violence in JNU campus.
