Congress led meeting on Anit CAA protest, 20 opposition parties passed a resolution demanding the withdrawal of the contentious Citizenship Amendment Act and immediate stoppage of the nationwide National Population Register exercise. After meeting Rahul Gandhi said that instead of addressing the problem of the youth Narendra Modi is trying to distract the nation and divide people. Voice of the youth is legitimate, it should not be suppressed, the government should listen to it.

नागरिकता कानून को लेकर सोमवार को दिल्ली में विपक्षी दलों ने एक बड़ी बैठक हुई। संसद भवन की बिल्डिंग में कांग्रेस की अगुवाई में हुई इस बैठक में CAA के ख़िलाफ रणनीति पर चर्चा की गई। ये बैठक कांग्रेस की अंतरिम अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी ने बैठक बुलाई थी। इस मौके पर सोनिया ने मोदी सरकार पर जोरदार हमला बोला और कहा कि सरकार लोगों पर अत्याचार कर रही है। कांग्रेस सांसद राहुल गांधी ने भी मोदी सरकार पर हमला बोला। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदर्शन कर रहे छात्रों के सामने खड़े होने की PM मोदी में हिम्मत नहीं है।
