KS Bharat added to India squad as back up Wicket-keeper ahead of Rajkot ODI. Andhra Pradesh wicketkeeper KS Bharat has been called in as a back-up option in the India ODI squad ahead of the second ODI against Australia due to the injury to Rishabh Pant. Bharat, 26, has played 74 first-class matches and scored 4143 runs at an average of 37.66 with 9 hundreds and 22 half-centuries. He has been added to the squad because Sanju Samson and Ishan Kishan are both part of the India A side in New Zealand.
