The BJP has been continuously attacking the Delhi government over the delay in execution of the death penalty in 2012 for the Nirbhaya gangrape case in Delhi. On Friday, Union Minister Smriti Irani attacked Delhi's Aam Aadmi Party responsible for the delay in conviction of Nirbhaya gangrape convicts.

2012 में दिल्ली में हुए निर्भया गैंगरेप मामले में दोषियों को फांसी की सजा देने में हो रही देरी को लेकर बीजेपी लगातार दिल्ली सरकार पर हमले कर रही है. शुक्रवार को केन्द्रीय मंत्री स्मृति ईरानी ने निर्भया गैंगरेप के दोषियों को सजा होने में देरी के लिए दिल्ली की आम आदमी पार्टी को जिम्मेदार ठहरारते हुए हमला बोला है.
