METHOD OF PREPARING ROASTED CHICKEN:
1. Take 250 gm chicken and add 30 gm hung curd, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp mustard oil, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 1/2 tsp kasuri methi and salt to taste. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Keep the chicken tikka mixture to rest for 6 hours and then grill the same or heat in a tandoor at a temperature of 200 degree
METHOD OF PREPARING BUTTER CHICKEN OR MURGH MAKHANWALA:
1. Heat a pan and add 1.5 tbsp butter to it.
2. Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and sauté well.
3. Add 1 tsp red chilli powder.
4. Add 4 pieces of roasted chicken in the pan.
5. Add 4 tbsp tomato puree and mix it well.
6. Add 2 tsp salt to taste and add 2 cups water to the pan along with 1.5 tsp elaichi powder and mix it.
7. Add 3 tbsp cashew paste as well as honey along with 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp kasuri methi, 1.5 tbsp cream and 1 tsp jeera powder and mix well.
8. Garnish with cream and coriander and your dish is ready to be served!
