This is the adorable moment two puppies took a nap together on the way back home from the vet.

Two-month-old Thai Bangkeaw dogs Phaloh and Toajeiw were captured by owner Decha Phantein while sleeping uncomfortably on the front passenger's lap in Ang Thong, central Thailand.

Owner Decha said: "The two puppies looked like they were having a blackout after getting a vaccine."
