PCs Melvin and Stamp arrest a known joyrider, and bring his latest conquest into the station until it can be returned to his rightful owner. However, when Melvin is asked to move the vehicle to accommodate the ongoing refurbishment of the station, little does he know that a bomb, intended to harm the car's owner, is about to go off before him.
