Delhi BJP leader Kapil Mishra has equated the December 15 violence at Jamia University to the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack and said had Kasab hid in a library, he would be called innocent. In a tweet, Kapil Mishra has said, "Had Kasab ran inside a library along with his gun on that day, today he would be called innocent".
