Former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak and his wife Rosmah Mansor were questioned by MACC for about an hour this afternoon over the audio recordings of their tapped telephone calls on 1MDB.
Najib and Rosmah arrived at Malaysian Anti-Corruption Academy in Kuala Lumpur at around 3pm.
Prior to this, police had recorded statements from 12 witnesses regarding the nine audio recordings disclosed by MACC, which the commission claimed to be evidence of a high-level criminal conspiracy.
