Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, who chaired the Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia supreme council meeting that lasted more than five hours on Sunday, left without talking to the media despite strong talks of the party leaving the Pakatan Harapan coalition.
Party president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and Youth chief Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman were also tight-lipped.
Deputy president Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir briefly said that the meeting was only to discuss internal party matters.
