Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has given a big statement amid protests over the Civil Amendment Act and the proposed NRC. He has reiterated once again that NRC will not be implemented in Bihar. With this, Nitish said that the National Population Register i.e. NPR will also be applicable in Bihar as per 2010 rules without any change.

नागरिक संशोधन कानून और प्रस्तावित एनआरसी को लेकर जारी विरोध प्रदर्शन के बीच बिहार के सीएम नीतीश कुमार ने एक बड़ा बयान दिया है. उन्होंने एक बार फिर से दोहराया है कि बिहार में एनआरसी लागू नहीं किया जाएगा.इसके साथ ही नीतीश ने कहा कि बिहार में नेशनल पॉपुलेशन रजिस्टर यानी NPR भी बिना किसी बदलाव के 2010 के नियमानुसार ही लागू होगा.
