Waiter's Bent Presses 50lb,75lb & 100lb Pancake Plates

Slowly relearning my Bent Presses with a focus on 'pulling myself over' with the Obliques, Latissimus Dorsi and the Hip Flexors. Its good work even though I have to use so much less weight. This is one of the reasons I chose the Waiter's style: it would limit how much weight I could use. The side benefit is that the hand and wrist gets opened up.
