A mother and baby hippo were filmed adorably sleeping together at a zoo in north India.

The heartwarming display was caught on camera at the National Zoological Park in Delhi on November 14, 2019.

The filmer commented: "I had captured lots of different animal images and when I reached the hippo enclosure, what I saw was so heart touching."
