At least 13 people were killed and five others seriously injured in a collision between two cars in Tumkuru, Karnataka. Women and children are also among those killed in the accident. Police said that 12 of the 13 people died on the spot, while one child died in the hospital.

कर्नाटक के तुमकुरु में दो कारों के बीच टक्कर में कम से कम 13 लोगों की मौत हो गई और पांच अन्य गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए. हादसे में मारे गये लोगों में महिलाएं और बच्चे भी शामिल हैं. पुलिस ने बताया कि 13 में से 12 लोगों की घटनास्थल पर ही मौत हो गई जबकि एक बच्चे की मौत अस्पताल में हुई.
