A song I wrote and played on a guitar for my friend Sunny Kochar who brews the most magnificient beer at home. He calls it 'Carpe Noctem'. Different batches, different flavours that he shares so wonderfully with his friends. I thought he deserved a song that makes us feel his joy of creation and of course the joy of having beer with friends!
