Amid the political crisis in Madhya Pradesh, the Congress Legislative Party on Tuesday has moved to the Supreme Court accusing the BJP of kidnapping its 16 MLAs. The CLP has also sought directions for their MLAs release from BJP's captivity. The rebel Congress MLAs are presently in a Bengaluru resort and have demanded security for their safe comeback to Bhopal.

कांग्रेस ने अदालत से कहा कि 15वीं मध्य प्रदेश विधान सभा के चल रहे बजट सत्र में भाग लेने के लिए विधायकों को सक्षम किया जाए और अनुमति दी जाए. सुप्रीम कोर्ट आदेश जारी करे कि विश्वास मत तभी हो सकता है जब 15वीं मध्य प्रदेश विधानसभा के सभी निर्वाचित विधायक उपस्थित हों. सुप्रीम कोर्ट से आदेश मांगा गया है कि राज्यपाल के निर्देश को अवैध, असंवैधानिक घोषित किया जाए.
