Power changed in Madhya Pradesh amid the fear of the Corona virus and Shivraj Singh Chauhan of BJP became the new Chief Minister of the state, replacing Kamal Nath of Congress. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh became active soon after assuming power and called the assembly session. The assembly session is going to start from Tuesday after the new government came into existence. Meanwhile, Assembly speaker Narmada Prasad Prajapati resigned from the post of speaker at midnight before the session started.

कोरोना वायरस के खौफ के बीच मध्य प्रदेश में सत्ता बदल गई और कांग्रेस के कमलनाथ की जगह BJP के शिवराज सिंह चौहान प्रदेश के नए मुख्यमंत्री बन गए. सत्ता संभालते ही मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह सक्रिय हो गए और विधानसभा सत्र बुला लिया. नई सरकार के अस्तित्व में आने के बाद आज मंगलवार से विधानसभा सत्र शुरू होने जा रहा है.इस बीच सत्र शुरू होने से पहले विधानसभा स्पीकर नर्मदा प्रसाद प्रजापति ने आधी रात को ही स्पीकर पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया है.
