Jyotiraditya Scindia got a big relief as soon as BJP's Shivraj government came to power in Madhya Pradesh. Within twenty-four hours after Shivraj Singh was sworn in as the Chief Minister, Scindia got a clean chit about the document fudging related to the land. According to the information, the Gwalior EOW has not found any evidence in the investigation. Due to this, 1 case has been closed.

मध्य प्रदेश में बीजेपी की शिवराज सरकार बनते ही ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया को बड़ी राहत मिली है. शिवराज सिंह के मुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ लेने के चौबीस घंटे के अंदर ही सिंधिया को जमीन से जुड़े दस्‍तावेज हेराफेरी मामले को क्लीनचिट मिल गई. जानकारी के अनुसार, ग्वालियर EOW को जांच में कोई भी सबूत नहीं मिले हैं. इसके चलते 1केस क्लोज़ कर दिया गया है.
