National Population Register (NPR) exercise and 1st Phase of Census 2021 has been deferred indefinitely after announcement of 21-day lockdown on Tuesday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced a 21-day lockdown across the country from Tuesday night due to the outbreak of the coronavirus.
