어제보다 쌀쌀, 대기 건조

Good morning. It's going to be a very dry day. Seoul has been under a dry weather warning for 8 straight days. The humidity level in Seoul could drop as low as 15 percent by mid afternoon, that's nearly 4 times lower than what many experts say are healthy levels for around this time of year.
By the afternoon, the numbers will be a couple of notches lower than yesterday, hovering in the mid-to-upper teens with mainly clear skies overhead and plenty of sunshine.
Readings will be hovering slightly lower than the norms, and other than parts of Gangwon-do Province and Jeju, the rest of the country will have sunny and dry conditions.
That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.
