A professor at China's Shandong University is saying thanks to Seoul city for saving her life.
She has sent one-thousand protective face masks to protect Seoul citizens against the coronavirus.
Fifty-four-year-old Kong Haiyan lost consciousness due to a heart attack in 2018, while on a business trip to Seoul.
Although it's hard to secure lots of masks in China, she said she wanted to help South Korea, adding that Seoul is her "lucky city."
