평년기온 밑돌아, 맑은 날씨
Good morning. Chilly air has arrived and we'll continue to have cooler than average temperatures with wide temperature gaps between the lows and highs. Dress accordingly on your way out.
The dryness continues across much of the country. For Seoul, we've been under a dry weather warning for 9 straight days that's the longest since 2004. The least we can do is to stay hydrated by drinking at least 8 glasses of water. Also be careful if you are handling fire.
A chilly start for most regions, Chuncheon at 1, Gyeongju at 2 degrees. Sunny skies to kick off the day.
By the afternoon, the numbers will be similar to yesterday, hovering in the mid to upper teens. The east coast might see light showers from late afternoon into tonight but it won't be enough to ease the dryness in the air.
That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.
