On the possibility of increasing the rate of police compound imposed on those who breached the movement control order (MCO), Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said the government cannot bypass Parliament to increase the RM1,000 compound.

He said this during a press conference on Sunday.
