Government of Andhra Pradesh is Prohibit the use and spitting of chewing smokeless tobacco products in public places. Medical and Health Department Principle Secretary KS Jawahar Reddy is issued the orders in this regards. “Not to consume and spit Smokeless Tobacco in Public”. As per the appeal “Chewing smokeless Tobacco Products, Paan-masala, and areca nut (supaari) increases the production of ‘saliva’ followed by a very strong urge to spit.

ప్రాణాంతక కరోనా వైరస్ ప్రమాదకరంగా విస్తరిస్తోన్న ప్రస్తుత పరిస్థితుల్లో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం కీలక నిర్ణయాన్ని తీసుకుంది. బహిరంగ ప్రదేశాల్లో ఉమ్మి వేయడాన్ని నిషేధించింది. ప్రత్యేకించి పొగాకు ఆధారిత ఉత్పత్తులను నమలడం, దాన్ని ఉమ్మి వేయడంపై నిషేధాన్ని విధించింది. కరోనా వైరస్ పాజిటివ్‌గా తేలిన వ్యక్తి బహిరంగ ప్రదేశాల్లో ఉమ్మి వేయడం వల్ల కూడా ప్రమాదకరమే. ఆ ఉమ్మి నుంచి కరోనా వైరస్ వ్యాప్తి చెందుతుందనే ఉద్దేశంతో జగన్ సర్కార్ ఈ నిర్ణయాన్ని తీసుకుంది.
