A video has surfaced in connection with the gathering of thousands of migrant workers at Bandra railway station in Mumbai. In the video, some people can be heard discusiing that they were told to gather at 4 PM at Bandra. They awere asked to either ask the authorities to sent them back to home or give Rs 15,000.
