दिल्ली के निजामुद्दीन मरकज मामले में दिल्ली पुलिस ने तब्लीगी जमात के मुखिया मौलाना साद कांधलवी के खिलाफ गैर इरादतन हत्या का मामला दर्ज कर लिया है। मौलाना साद और अन्य मौलानाओं के खिलाफ दर्ज एफआईआर में गैर इरादतन हत्या की धारा को भी जोड़ दिया गया है। इससे पहले दिल्ली पुलिस की क्राइम ब्रांच ने मौलाना साद और अन्य के खिलाफ महामारी अधिनियम और आईपीसी की धारा 269, 270,271 व 120 बी के तहत मामला दर्ज किया था। ये सभी धाराएं जमानती धाराएं है। वहीं अब उनके खिलाफ गैर इरादतन हत्या का मामला दर्ज कर किया गया है।
