India divided into hotspots, non-hotspots and green zones to grade districts according to spread of covid-19. Economic activities to resume in districts with no infection cases from April 20th. However, medical care providers continue to be attacked by section of people and migrants face uncertainty, get restless and both cases can deal a blow to India's fight against COVID-19.
