Addressing the Lok Sabha while making her maiden Budget speech, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said, "We in just 5 years have added 1 trillion dollar to nation's GDP. We are about to reach 3 trillion mark and 5 trillion will be achieved as well."
