Due to continuous downpours, city of Vadodara is reeling under severe flood situation. A video has gone viral in which a man can be seen carrying a toddler on his head placed in a tub. Morevoer, normal life has been totally disrupted due to traffic snarls and waterlogging. Vehicles could be seen stranded on roads. Several trains have also been diverted.
