After the implementation of new traffic rules, the pollution centres can be seen flooded with people. The Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 2019 has come into force from today onwards. It is to be noted that the amendment act amends the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. In this segment, we discussed how one can get pollution certificate issued.
