Two new cases of rape have surfaced from UP's Muzaffarnagar and Maharajganj. In Maharajganj, illegal vendors carried out the incident by giving the girl an intoxicating substance in tea. In Muzaffarnagar, the victim was kidnapped and taken to the forest.
