RBI Deputy Governor Viral Acharya in an interview with CNBC TV 18 quipped at Modi government, saying that the latter was behaving like “an impatient lover”.

He was referring to the standoff between the Central bank and the Modi government on control over the RBI reserves.

Invoking famous singer of the yesteryears Kishor Kumar, the Deputy Governor of the RBI sang a few lines from Randhir Kapoor, Jaya Bachhan starrer film Jawani Diwani song: “Nahi nahi abhi nahi karo intzar.”
