Navjot Singh Sidhu made another controversial statement in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This comes after Election Commission took note of Sidhu's communal remark in an election rally in Bihar. He said that while other countries are developing, India is producing chowkidaars and that too are thieves. Taking a veiled dig at PM Modi, the Congress leader went on saying "Chowkidaar is Chor."
