Firefighters in southwestern China caught a snake wrapped around some power lines.
The video, shot in the city of Zunyi in Guizhou Province on April 18, shows a two-metre-long snake coiled around on the power lines running over a street.
After a woman spotted the snake and reported it to the police, local firefighters arrived on site.
Firemen confirmed it was a non-poisonous king ratsnake (Elaphe carinata), according to their preliminary observation.
A fireman can then be seen standing on a wall to use a pair of pincers to move the snake off the cable, while another fireman used a wooden stick to help catch the snake together.
