New York musician gives improvised balcony concerts

A New York singer-songwriter, Jeff Jacobs, has started performing from his balcony a few nights a week amid the coronavirus pandemic, right after the daily cheers for essential workers. "That brings warmth to my heart" says a neighbour who came upon the performance by chance.
