The matter of stopping dearness allowance of Central Government employees has now reached the Supreme Court. A retired army officer has approached the apex court on this issue. The petition has sought a direction from the court to the Central Government to withdraw the decision to cut dearness allowance. This petition has been filed by retired Major Omkar Singh Guleria.

केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों का महंगाई भत्ता रोकने का मामला अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंच गया है. सेना के एक रिटायर्ड अफसर ने इस मुद्दे पर शीर्ष अदालत का दरवाजा खटखटाया है. दायर याचिका में महंगाई भत्ता कटौती के फैसले को वापस लेने के लिए कोर्ट की ओर से केंद्र सरकार को निर्देश दिए जाने की मांग की गई है.सेवानिवृत्त मेजर ओंकार सिंह गुलेरिया ने यह याचिका दायर की है.
