Ingredients
6 large eggs
3 oz wild smoked salmon
6 ounces weight jarred roasted red bell peppers
1 tbsp green onions, sliced
1 tbsp capers, drained
1 tbsp olive oil table salt, black pepper
How to make Keto Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon
- In a mixing bowl, add eggs 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper
- Add green onions and 2 tablespoons cold water
- Add all red pepper strips
- Beat until well-mixed,with small or no streaks of egg white remaining
- Carefully pour the egg mixture over the hot pan
- Once cooked,serve topped with wild salmon and capers
