Singapore is rapidly building bed space for Covid-19 patients in exhibition halls and other temporary facilities as it faces a surge in cases mainly among its large community of migrant workers.
One of the facilities is Changi Exhibition Centre that has been transformed into a makeshift quarantine space that could house over 4,000 patients recovering from the disease and those with mild symptoms.
