Deputy Health Minister Datuk Dr Noor Azmi Ghazali and Perak executive council member Razman Zakaria have pleaded guilty to violating the movement control order (MCO) at the Gerik Magistrate's Court.

The duo were jointly charged for together with 13 others on Tuesday.
