A biker was spotted lying on his back with his hands crossed at the back of his head on a scooter while driving along a busy road in southern China.

The video was filmed in the city of Nanning in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and provided by local police with permission on April 26.

According to reports, the biker named Lu felt tired after finishing his work on the construction site, so he laid down on his scooter to have a rest.

Police told Lu off and fined him 200yuan (£23), reports said.
