Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday held two pre-noon rallies in Phase-IV areas. Notably today is the last day of campaigning ahead of the 4th phase election in poll-bound Bihar. Addressing the rally in Gopalganj, Modi targeted 'Mahagathbandhan' by saying that the party leaders are talking nonsense to gain political mileage in the state.
