Every person is a child at heart and it was proven on Tuesday when Union Ministers Smriti Irani and Harsimrat Kaur Badal decided to get on the stage with students who were performing a dance and show off some of their 'phugadi' skills. Both the ministers were present to launch the new campus of Bathinda Central University in Bathinda district, Punjab.
